Professional Background

Mariya Mustan is a CELTA-certified English language teacher with over 15 years of experience in education and adult training. She is passionate about helping learners grow from being hesitant speakers to becoming confident communicators in both everyday and professional settings. Mariya lived and worked in Australia for 7 years before moving to Singapore.
At SpeakWell, Mariya creates personalised, learner-centred lessons that are practical and engaging. Drawing on her background in curriculum design and blended learning, she ensures every class is structured, supportive, and focused on real progress, so that learners feel comfortable and develop confidence when using English in the real world.
